Nearly 8 weeks post op

I have no regrets, I feel healthy I have lost 4 Stone since my pre op diet and after op and I've stayed in the righr zone of good eating habits this jorney is not easy as I have no support what so ever I'm just keeping strong by God's grace anyway ????
