My journey!

Hi EVERYONE. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 9/9/16 I started at 217.5 and 9 days later I'm at 202, is that good ?? I'm having such a hard time with the stopping drinking Water 30/20/30 I'm always thirsty! I do feel a lot better physically and mentally. I am doing to much I needed to get back to work, that stinks. But I'm happy to be on here with u all, I'm sure we will inspire each other. Thanx

Wow!! 100 oz. a day?!?! My surgery was 8/19, and I still have trouble meeting the minimum 68 oz. I really have to focus and remind myself to sip, sip, sip. It does get better every day, though.

Welcome! You're doing wonderfully. Congrats!
