Week 4 pain

I had my surgery on August 15 this year. I wasn't in much pain during weeks 2 and three. I would actually say no pain during this week. My diet hasn't changed from last week to this week and all of a sudden tonight I have this pain to the left of my belly button. It's extremely soar I'm taking my Vitamins and my meds getting Protein in doesn't seem to be an issue as much as Water is but that's really it. Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced this? It just feels like I did a zillion crunches and I'm extremely soar now.
