  3. Thank you everyone for your feedback! I think I'm just at this state where I don't know what to eat cause I'm almost scared of eating the wrong thing or that something will mess up my sleeve and cause a leak so I appreciate all of your advice Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. Thank you so much!!! I called yesterday and my surgeon asked to see me just to rule out any leaks, tears or hernias turns out it's just normal muscle pain that should subside after a few days! Phew thank goodness for that ! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. I actually just posted a similar question I'm in week 4 as of today and I'm starting to do some more physical activity and to the left of my belly button it's pretty painful it feels like I did a zillion crunches or something! So we can't be alone in this pain best of luck! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. I had my surgery on August 15 this year. I wasn't in much pain during weeks 2 and three. I would actually say no pain during this week. My diet hasn't changed from last week to this week and all of a sudden tonight I have this pain to the left of my belly button. It's extremely soar I'm taking my Vitamins and my meds getting Protein in doesn't seem to be an issue as much as Water is but that's really it. Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced this? It just feels like I did a zillion crunches and I'm extremely soar now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
