3 weeks put no weight loss

Hello everyone I am just here to vent because I haven't lost one pound since my 1st week post op. And now I am 3 weeks and it's just a bit discouraging, everyone that I know who has had the surgery done or ones I follow on IG and what I have read here people lose weight the first few weeks and then hit a stall like the 3rd week I hit a stall after the 1st week trying not to think about it too much since I am doing everything according to my plan and I know the stall is not forever. Just gotta keep doing my thing and remain positive. I guess I need to embrace my stall.

You are most likely fine, just make sure you are getting enough Protein and fluids.

Embrace the Stall

I hit first stall at week 2. Sounds like you are in the advanced class!

Your body is going to do what it needs to do to heal, so let it. You only need to worry about doing your part and it sounds like you are. Keep up the good work.
