Are there any pill forms of the bariatric chewables or the stick pack? I gag on both and not doing myself any favors by not taking them.

There are Vitamin skin Patches available in the shop here. I have not used them myself but have read great things about them. I plan to use them after my sleeve on the 28th of this month.

Bariatric Advantage has capsule forms of their chewable Multivitamins. Before surgery I liked the chewable just fine but afterwards my palate seemed to completely reject it and made me gag. Luckily, BA let me exchange the big bottle of chewables I purchased for the capsules instead and I've had zero issues with those.

According to my NUT you only need the multi. Some use extra supplements. You can put it on overnight and or multiple at the same time. Or you c as n hide it where the sun doesn't shine.

My doctor recommended 2 Flintstone Chewable Vitamins, they work great.
