Some of my favorite meals early on included: rotisserie chicken (cause it's so moist), frozen broccoli microwaved to real soft, canned green Beans cause they were soft too, fish (fish is THE BEST!) and doesn't much matter what kind, mashed cauliflower with butter, yogurt of course, eggs and omlettes, oatmeal (only need 1 pack), chicken and egg salad mixed together for extra Protein, zucchini and squash (yum), 1/4 of a turkey Subway sandwich, and for dessert ice pops, pudding, and those little sherbet cups and of course FRUIT!!!

Thank you so much, looks like I have a few new things I need to put back into my life (such as rotisserie chicken) I completely forgot about it.

My transition back to regular foods hasn't gone well so far, just taking longer for me. So I am excited to see what people post and get some good ideas.

I really like the ideas you can find on this blog. You can also search eggface on pinterest and find her content. The ricotta bakes are good.

You should check out this blog I found ... she's on Pinterest too. LOTS of yummy looking recipes. I'm only 4 weeks out and into soft foods, but I have tried some of her recipes...very good.

if you like buffalo chicken things i suggest some buffalo chicken won ton rolls. i baked chicken breast, shredded it, mixed some hot sauce or whatever you prefer in it then put a tiny bit on a won ton wrapper and sprinkled some bleu cheese crumbles in it then wrapped them up. i baked them at 395 but no certain time, i just checked them every few minutes until they looked toasted/crisp! so so good. i also have been making won ton pizzas. chipotle has also been really good, you can get a single taco and pick from it or a kids meal. very yummy and has sat in my stomach well.
