I am post op day 5, healing great and tolerating fluids well. My husband has been helping and mixing my crystal light for the last 3 days. I just now noticed that the package says that it has caffeine in it. I looked it up and peach mango has 25mg of caffeine! I am so upset because I have been drinking it for 3 days.

I plan to call my MD in the morning. I just hope this did not cause any issues.

I didn't have any restrictions for Caffine and drank tea from day one. No issues. Good you are being aware and cautious.

I didn't have any restrictions to caffeine either. You are right to be safe if you have restrictions and best to contact your MD it is better to be safe in making the right decisions.
