What to eat

I'm on my eighth week. I'm still eating the same thing everyday. Too scared to try something different. I'm craving for bread that i can't have. Any suggestions.

@@russtee Try something new every day. Just take it slow. You're going to have cravings - especially if you're getting bored with what you are eating. There's so many different things that you can eat at this stage - don't deprive yourself of good healthy foods.

At my two month mark I craved bread as well. I made a small batch of "cloud bread", just google it for the recipe. It's basically eggs and cream cheese in a blender. I baked them then put them in the toaster oven to crisp them up. You can even put them in your waffle Iron. Also, google "The World According to Eggface", she has a lot of bariatric friendly recipes to try at different stages. Hope this helps some, hang in there you will do great!

Parmasean crisps! Try something new everyday. Good excuse to get a small sampler at a salad/prepared food bar! Even if by the pound you will not need to spend much!
