It gets better as you can eat more. Part of it is the need to heal, and part is the extremely low calorie diet. Make sure you are getting in your fluids, Protein, and Vitamins. Sent from my iPhone

Hi everyone, me again! I was sleeved on 8/8 and while I know it is normal to have low energy (especially on the two weeks post op diet), I'm wondering if anyone found anything to help with this? I feel super anxious and bored being at home but I get so tired as soon as I'm out anywhere. Just seeing if there was anything that worked for people this soon after surgery.
