I would skip the egg this early out. Drink more protein shakes. Also - you may need an acid reducer (PPI). Try broth, sugar free popsicles to get more fluids.

Agree. Your stomach is probably not ready for the egg. Stick to liquids and protein for a while. Eggs were not on my plan until 3 weeks out. Stomachs need time to heal without working much to diges

I don't know what it is, but I keep waking up in the middle of the night, dizzy, with a cold feeling in the pit of my stomach; then a wave of warmth and nausea comes over me and I have to run to the bathroom only to dry heave.
I haven't even started purée because I was advised not to. All I've been doing is sipping a Protein shake once a day, eating a scrambled egg, drinking 4 oz of Gatorade and the rest of the day is Water. I have no appetite.
I don't really understand why, so randomly in the middle of the night my body wakes me up to dry heave. Am I doing something wrong?
