1 year surgiversay

I cannot believe it has been a year, well Aug 3rd officially. I have lost 103lbs, per me and 113lbs per the bariatric center. I go for my 1 year check up tomorrow. I am so grateful for my sleeve. There are some issues, like I got off the carbs, lost 7 lbs after a 7 week stall, and then went to Vegas and went back on carbs, just have to be more diligent and keep off them as best I can. This site has been such an asset, and I enjoy reading and posting and answering questions. I would do it all over again in a second without a doubt, and know I know why so many say there only regret was not doing it sooner. Good luck to all who are pending their surgery and good luck to all who struggle each and everyday, like I do to keep on track. It sure is a journey, and a struggle at times, but the differnece is amazing and I will never get tired of being told how good I look and what a difference.
