The subject of regain has been bouncing around in my head as I approach my surgery date. I like everyone else have a big fear of going through all of this only to have my own brain sabotage me years later. I have been looking into a lot of types of therapy and support and wonder if anyone here has tried out hypnotherapy?

I haven't but, I would think a good behavioral therapist who works with bariatric patients would be much more valuable and helpful than hypnotherapy.

I tried it once. Did not work for me.
