Hi everyone! I'm wondering and a little concerned on how you maintain your weight once you hit your goal. How do you stop losing weight if you have a restriction with the sleeve? FYI- I haven't had surgery yet.

Well it's not like you keep loosing weight until you hit zero. At some point your weight loss stops and you have to reevaluate your diet depending on where you are in your journey.

Buy honestly the concept of worrying about NOT loosing weight just doesn't register in my brain.
