I purchased unflavored in order to put it in other things. I'm pretty okay with most ready to drink Protein shakes.

I've tried Isopure, unjury and GENEPRO....Genepro is by far my favorite. It mixes very well and I can't tell it's in my food.

Really? I will check it out! Thanks for sharing. Isopure's the only one I've tried but I'll look into Genepro.

Genepro I ordered it off amazon it's the best

If you use GENEPRO, look on their website for instructions on how to best mix it into different temperature foods. For example, I use a scoop in my coffee every morning, so I mix it with the milk that I'm going to add since it mixes better with cold liquids. You should use a fork, not a spoon. It does make a difference!

BTW GENEPRO is very high Protein.

I e tried nectar unflavored, mixed it with some broth and didn't notice a change in flavor, but there was a little later of foam on the top that was a little odd.

I don't recommend unflavoured Protein. Unless you add something sweet to it, it's gross and adding something sweet beats the purpose of the surgery. I have to mix mine with chocolate Protein drinks and I know my body is just going to flush the extra protein out.. Waste of money..

I can and I will.
