  • Slow and easy. Very slow and easy. You'll learn.

  • It's official- scrambled eggs are evil. They lure you in with their yellowness and their butteryness (with some lovely flecks of green chives) and they turn round and kick you as hard as they can. Rui

  • And for me - avoid scrambled eggs. I always had issues with eating them and now I can't even look st them! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I eat poached eggs and other than feeling stuffed they go do pretty smooth.

I'll stay away from scrambled eggs, yummy as they look

Ditto poached or scrambled but not well done; softer goes down well, as does a fried over medium eg with the yolk broken but not cooked fully

i haven't tried scrambled but i have done boiled and omelet. The omelet (2 eggs and accidentally too much cheese) was good but I had too much and had to wait for the overstuffed feeling to past. I haven't tried scrambled.
