Popsicles

Hi All,

I was sleeved 7/18/16. Yes I'm a newbie. Everything was going fine til a day or two. Bloated and uncomfortable. Water and Soup wasn't cutting it so I turned to icy treats. Wierd how it calms things down. I still will be aware of my limits, but man what a relief.

    There shouldn't be a limit if sugar free. My NUT told me to have as many as I want - that it's similar to drinking crystal light. Be sure to get plenty of fluids and Protein. Sent from my KFFOWI u

  • I am 7 months out and popsicles are still my go to. You crave sugar and that takes the craving away and by the time you finish one you are full.
