  15. It's a head game. I was like that too. Protien, for me, seemed to really curb the sensation. Drink enough to where you can't and you won't be hungry anymore. You haven't hit the "off" switch yet from what it sounds like. I've gone to Sugarfree Popsicles to head fake my self. What ever it takes....stay on fluids ONLY Best of luck.   16. All this week I couldn't under stand why I was have such discomfort in midsection(sleeve area). Not even pain medication would relieve it. Well it dawned on me that I hadn't taken the meds fo spasms. Yeah, that flew right past me. Took one and I feel so much better. Even set a alarm to make sure not to miss it again.   21. Hi All, I was sleeved 7/18/16. Yes I'm a newbie. Everything was going fine til a day or two. Bloated and uncomfortable. Water and Soup wasn't cutting it so I turned to icy treats.
