Hello, what protein powder do you all add to your food or drinks? Please share below ????

I wanted to share with you, i have been having issues with getting Protein in. SO i was suggested to try GENEPRO which is not only flavorless it is actually TASTELESS. You add only 1 Tablespoon and get 30 grams protein and it has no taste. I actually love this stuff. Mix it in tea, coffee, chocolate milk and you wont taste it. It was definitely worth the money and AMAZING. just thought i would share with you all!

Have you tried it with Water? Is it sold in stores?

Not something I would mix with plain water, I'm very sensitive to smells, so I mix it in with something that has its own smell to help mask it

Premier Protein premadr chocolate shakes are so good you must try it! They are made with Water have 160 calories 30 grams or protein less then 1 sugar and 5 carbs! You can find them in Walmart Sam's club Walgreen's and they aren't a bad price my favorite flavors are chocolate caramel and banana

I keep seeing people post about it everywhere.. Maybe I will try it. I don't like milk so that's my biggest issue with the shakes.
