I like to infuse my Water with some cucumber, lemon, and sometimes mint. I have even added a drop or 2 or organic agave nectar to add a hint of sweetness. Soooo good and refreshing. Sent from my SA

I need advice as I don't know what to do for hydration lately. I've basicly been on g2 gatorade since day after operation. Water does not go well with me (either cold or room temp) makes me want to puke at every sip I take . But for the past few days I can't even have G2 I think it tastes too sweet I tried adding Crystal light to water but same issue . we had some nestea zero here at work tried to have that but it's like I,m drinking sugar syrup. even diluted Tried Vitamin zero water same thing except I have a powedery feeling on my tongue when drinking it + the sweetness is too strong for me.
don't know what to do anymore for that. any suggestions?
