Weird feeling in esophagus?

I was sleeved 7/21 and I just woke up with acid reflux and the feeling like there is a small pill stuck at the end of my esophagus. Kind of when you swallow a pill with not enough water. The funny thing is that the only pill I am taking right now is a very tiny protonixs which I took probably about 20 hours before. I'm still on clears also so I know it's not a piece of food. Anyone else have this issue?

It's probably just swelling. It takes several weeks for all the swelling to go down. Hang in there!

7/20 here and have the same thing. In fact, there are times where I can feel the Water sitting going into my stomach like a funnel. I'm expecting as swelling subsides that feeling will lessen.

It's hard to swallow pills for me with out enough water. That's feeling is awful. I'm 5 weeks out to and I'm on purée stage so I know the food is going down just don't like the feeling in my esophagus hope you feel better soon.
