They don't want you drinking coffee because of the caffeine, which is a diuretic. So if you're ok with decaf - go for it! I mix coffee with my Protein shakes and for me, it makes them go down way easi

So guys before surgery I had an obsession with white mochas and hot chocolate... I'm 2 weeks out of surgery tomorrow and I start my soft foods.. I know I can have milk now but is caffeine still an issue? Why was it an issue at all anyway just curious?? And am I cool to order a sugar free white mocha? Or sugar free hot chocolate?
