What's normal after dumping?

Well. I made an unwise food decision today. Sigh. And dumped. Like badly. An hour on the toilet and then having it come out both ends at once (more embarrassing still I'm at a relatives house not at home so they all know!) but what I want to know is what's normal after dumping. Now that I've dumped. I feel exhausted. I don't want clothes on. I feel hot all over my body. I just want to lay naked with ice on me. Is this normal ? Those of you who have dumped what feelings physical sensations did you have after the dumping ended?

@LA_lady @melissa1227 Dumping with the sleeve is really rare. You only dump really if you eat off plan so it is easily avoidable. I dumped once early on, like at 3 months eating out. I ordered som

@@LipstickLady I don't blame you there. But really... am I supposed to sit here and allow someone to make accusations about me that are untrue, unfounded, and unreasonable based on what she "assumes" based on other posts I've made.. - especially when I didn't ask for opinions in the first place...

I specifically asked to know about dumping and what people experience after.. Not to have someone come in here and post that I'm making poor food decisions and now is the time for me to learn better habits. I am not here to be walked over and judged and won't tolerate it.

Now if she had some kind of logical point I'd listen. Happily. But she doesn't. As a matter of fact I've been told by my entire medical team (who actually KNOW me ) how WELL I'm doing. So. I feel I've a right to defend myself.

All of those symptoms took about an hour to feel better.

It was chicken salad but it had sugar in it. I really didn't think putting sugar in chicken salad was common. I certainly have never seen a chicken salad recipe call for it. Home made chicken salad never made me dump. It was not the fat it was the sugar, since I was regularly eating chicken salad at home.

I was eating at a resturant and didn't think to ask. I always ask now.

This is one of my biggest fears. I check the menu's as much as possible prior to eating out because its crazy how much added sugar exists in recipes.

Today I was faced with all kinds of tempting foods. The smells were great but the thought of dumping syndrome was enough to make me keep on walking.

#5 General Tso's Chicken.
But I always came back for more, enough that I should have some backup alarms when I need to use the toilet.

As a sleeved chick who dumps, I'm going to have to disagree! I dump from high sugar almost always, but other random times pretty regularly. No rhyme or reason, really. Three + years out, here.

What is considered high sugar.
I am hoping to have a 20oz Coca-Cola sometime this year

That's a quarter cup of sugar, plus carbonation, plus caffeine. Kind of the axis of evil right there. And no nutritional benefits at all. Why are you hoping for that particular food?

I dont have the toilet dumping. I have the vomiting dumping. Several things trigger it, but garlic, rich foods too are big offender. I am fortunate to have a tell. If my nose starts to run after eating something, I know I have less than 3 minutes to find a bathroom or garbage pail.
