Your body is adjusting g from a loss of 17 pounds in one week. That is huge. Just stick to your plan and realize this is a journey, not a sprint. Don't advance your stages just because you feel fine.

I'm 18 days post-op and I'm looking for any reasons as to why I have gained 1.5 pounds in the last five days. I dropped 17 pounds within the first week and then from week one to week two, just a few pounds. Is this a stall? Is my body in starvation mode? I'll be moving on to the puree stage in a couple of days, but honestly feel like I could start anytime as I've had no trouble taking in any fluids (I'm drinking about 70-80 oz. of Water a day) and only taking in about 500 or so calories a day. It's frustrating, to say the least. So what say you? Am I worrying over nothing? Thanks in advance
