I know most folks get plans from their surgeons and NUTS, but some don't. Maybe the attached document will help with ideas. This is what I received from my surgeon & NUT and I continue to refer

Hi! I am 8 days post op and in the "full liquid" stage. I have been eating creamed soups, like cream of chicken, cream of Potato, etc. I put it in the blender with some milk and unflavored protein

Hi all
I am one week post op. My NUT called to say that if I feel ready I can slowly start to increase the thickness of my fluids and although it's not quite the puree stage, it's still things like extra runny mashed veg, soggy Weetbix etc.
I am in Australia, so a lot of the cool stuff from the U.S isn't here!
My question is, anyone been through this stage? Any food ideas? Or do most people just do fluids then purees?
She said it has to literally run off my spoon, so nothing crazy yet.
I have the sleeve but also went through the lapband process in 2007, so I know what to look out for in terms of feeling uncomfortable and not pushing my limits, but nothing has made me feel sick or anything yet. I have so far had things like diet mousse, Greek yoghurt and of course the usual fluids.
