So, I needed some extra protein tonight since I was not hungry for breakfast and decided I would go for one of my packets of Sunkist tuna to fill in the gap. This time it was Thai style though and it is a bit spicy. I didn't think about it until after a few bites and my stomach started to get angry at me. It doesn't hurt, just noisy(er) than usual. So it got me wondering if spicy food is ok for my sleeve? I'm about 4 weeks out if that makes any difference.
