Tired

Hello everyone!!! I hope your surgery has shown results like mine... however, my surgery was on June 7th, and I'm still getting tired as all get-out in the afternoons...... sometimes in the a.m. as well....I'm taking my Vitamins, getting my Fluid, and my Protein..... I knew to expect it for a few weeks but, this is longer than expected.... thoughts?

So having low energy is a common thing with this surgery? I'm 11 days out and just haven't experienced a boost in energy yet. I keep telling myself that I haven't really had much for calories (still on full fluids) and I also haven't had a ton of protein. I want to really get back to exercising but man, I'm not sure right now.

Don't overdo it! I'm not allowed to exercise until 6 weeks out (other than walking/biking).

It is common but, I didn't think it would last this long... I'm back to work and fairly active.... I know my body is still changing but dang, I'm ready for energy!!!!
