Popsicles

I have been on a liquid diet for a total of 6 weeks with 2 weeks to go. I Have not cheated once, but I tell you when this is over I will run from popsicles.

For me it's a different color each week. I think that I just want something else to eat. But I'm going strong I even cook for my family

The ones I buy come in a box with orange, cherry and grape. I think orange is my favorite right now.

Hang in there. We will all make our way to solid food again. It is sort of fun when I get to add a new item as my plan moves forward.

Five months out and I still love my no sugar added Outshine bars! I use them to curb my night time sweet tooth!
