Portion sizes help please

I made the ricotta bake, eggplant lasagna, and cheese cauliflower from the egghead website and they are ALL delicious.

But how much is a portion size? Should I just eat 1-2 ounces by weight of anything? How can u figure the Protein, calories ... to keep track of?

What does your program say your portions should be at this point? It should give you an ounce goal

And if you don't have a scale get one. Weight is far more accurate than volume measurements. If I didn't weigh my food I could easily eat an extra few hundred in calories using volume measurements

Unless you're at a point in your plan where it is specified 2oz by volume not weight (which is where I am).

Weigh weigh weigh it.
