Huge Milestone!

As of yesterday, I have lost 134lbs and now weigh under 200lbs!!

I had my surgery January 11.

Start weight was 333.1

Yesterday's weight 199.1

As someone who has spent the majority of my adult life weighing well over 300lbs, this is a huge accomplishment for me. I never thought I would get to this weight. I cried when I saw the scale yesterday.

When I had wls, I never really picked a number I wanted to get to as a goal weight....all I wanted was that number to start with a 1!!! Now that I'm here, I feel there's nothing I can't accomplish. I'm still not sure where I want to be yet, but my next goal will be to get to 180lbs.post-286644-14679922394904_thumb.jpgpost-286644-14679921808038_thumb.jpg

Thank you for the very flattering words. I'm still doing really well, down to 185lbs now, so I'm getting there.

How are you doing? You mentioned before that you weren't tolerating Protein well and were in a stall. Hopefully it's past by now

No I am still at a stall for last 3 months I have been back and forth just a lb or 2 . I think I will have to go back to starting my liquid diet after my surgery. And get things to kick back in. ? I have 45 more lbs to hit my goal weight I would like to be at and this extra skin really sucks but it is something great to complain about lol. I love being lighter . My feet really love me lol

Sorry, I misread. I thought you meant you had to have another surgery for something unrelated to weight loss.

I seen a lot of people on here that have tried going back to their liquid diet. Maybe there would be old threads if you searched?

I will because I need to be it kicked back in because I still can't eat much
