Week 5 post surgery diet & exercise

Hi all,

Next week will be week 4 for me post op. I doing well so far. Never been sick once. I don't really feel hungry and even when I do which is rare I get full after 2-3 tbs. I do though struggle with what to eat. Any good ideas/receipt for a good diet for week 4?? Also when did every one start exercising?

What phase are you on at 4 weeks?

At 4 weeks I was still eating a lot if Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, turkey, fish, refried Beans, etc.

I was cleared to get in the pool once my incisions had healed over at about 4 weeks post-op. Swimming is my favorite exercise and I have been in the pool ever since!

I started walking the day after surgery, just adding distance. Eventually about 3 months out, I started training for a 5k using a free app called couch to 5k.

There is a good recipe section on this website as well as a website called World According to Eggface.
