Hello lovely people,

Woke up today to my joints aching like crazy.. Take my Vitamins daily which include Vitamin D and Calcium. Any other ideas to help? Only 2 weeks post op and would love to get ahead of the game

    Is this a new problem for you? If so - I'd call your surgeon to be sure it's not a sign of anything else (dehydration).

Is this a new problem for you? If so - I'd call your surgeon to be sure it's not a sign of anything else (dehydration).
