Weight Loss

When determining how much you have lost post op, do you base it on hospital admission weight? Or hospital discharge weight. For example:

5/23 weight: 244

6/20 admission weight: 227

6/21 discharge weight: 237

6/29 weight: 218

So based on admission weight I have lost 9lbs and based on discharge weight I have lost 19lbs.

I know in the long run it doesn't matter at all, I am bored to death sitting at home and my mind tends to wander hahaha.
