I would guess your not getting enough protein or calories and that's why you are losing slowly or stalled.

How many grams of protein? How many calories? Stalling is normal but be sure you are getting enough protein especially with exercising. My plan suggests eating 5-6 times a day.

And I'm beyond frustrated.
I'm down about 35 pounds total. That includes 19 I dropped before surgery. I thought I would have been beyond the 50 pound loss mark by now.
I am in contact with my nutritionist daily. She's as confused as I am, but is optimistic and extremely supportive. I'm doing my 3 small Protein packed meals. No Snacks. Average a gallon of Water a day. 30 to 60 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week.
I'm just not losing anything. I'm so frustrated. Anyone else stall this early???
