I bought them at GNC.. One of each flavor. I thought they were nasty. Everyone one of them. I'm not a fan of any of the Quest products.

I have seen a lot of good recipes with cucumber ( when you are cleared ) ....

Isn't it funny though : before surgery, I'm sure " cheating" wouldn't have been croutons ;Post surgery .... Well - it is a whole new world

Im eating Protein chips at 7 weeks out. Surgeon was happy for me to eat the once i was on solid foods. I split a packet into 3 serves though and plan them into my day like all food not use as a late night snack etc

how do they taste to you?
They are alright. They provide me with the salty crunchy thing i like so its not a bad substitute. I eat the novo brand
