Celery - Pureed

I took a look in the forum using the search function however I could not find an answer specifically.

I saw that the long Fiber strings of celery are bad for after surgery.

My question is what If the celery is ground down to a very fine puree?

Thank you so much!

I haven't had raw celery yet, but I've had no issues with cooked celery. I would guess if you're putting into a Soup recipe, puréed or ground down it'll be fine.
