I use Quest Protein powder.

GNC sells sample single size packs of every flavor Quest makes.

I use the vanilla shake flavor and enjoy it.

If you go online, some of the manufacturers will send you samples of their products--some for a fee, and some for just shipping and handling.

Happy hunting!

:)

I have a whole container already I'm just trying to see what people mix there powders with as in only water, milk, or what all they add to it.

I usually just use water. I know some people add the sugar free flavorings (like davinci syrup), or even PB2.

I generally mix mine with skim milk or light vanilla soy milk. I use vanilla flavored and then add different flavors. (a friend who had the sleeve 2 years go told me about doing this) I have made root beer flavored and cherry. I also add a little ice to make it a little thicker. I wanted to try some other flavors but I am trying to not have shakes anymore.

Love the shake recipes on this site: https://dashingdish.com/recipes/
