I was told to get between 60g and 80g of carbs a day....and I can do that with food no problem and if I don't I have a shake.....THE SCALE MOVED.....down 9 lbs.....thank God

I am having the same issue as you. Except I have been stuck for several weeks now. Can't get out & walk like I used to now in a wheelchair. I guess as the other person said any loss is a loss but

I feel like I am am always eating to much.....not enough.....I am about 7 weeks out and feel I should of lost more....while my body is changing it just seems I made a radical choice to lose weight only to not lose weight! I see people on here that have had surgery around the time I have and they have lost 50 or more....I lost like 23....and that is including the 16 I lost on pre op diet.....I feel everything I do is wrong.....
