28 months post op..regain

I hit my goal, 110 pounds, snazzy sz 12 and got over confident. I guess I stopped taking care of myself and also traveled a lot which made it harder. Now I have gained about 30 pounds. I am struggling to get back on track. I know my pouch still works cause I cannot eat much. I celebrated with too much wine and have cut that out. I am NOT happy wit myself.......

    I am pretty sure if you start logging everything, focus on protein first - and cut out empty calories and bad carbs you will be back to your new self really quickly. Good Luck!

    I think you are probably right. I also have been on Hormone Replacement Therapy but I don't think that is the issue

    My advice is to eat slowly, don't drink your calories and exercise! Keep us posted!

    Don't be too hard on yourself but take back control. You lost all that weight. Be proud and get back to being healthy. Best of luck.
