I am now 1.6 pounds from onederland. I look at the 60 pounds I still have to go to goal and it is daunting, but I have already lost almost 85 pounds. That's more than I have ever lost before and that's amazing!

THanks for the reminder. I downloaded the picture and printed it for my bulletin board at work!

Now that I am 5yrs out, I have to keep reminding myself that my journey is exactly that---my journey.

I will not lose weight as fast as newbies or even as those who are only 2 or 3 years out, but I am losing and maintaining. This is my journey and I am joyful on it.

Prayers going up for all of us. :)

Just got home from a rather depressing round of bathing suit shopping. I needed this :)
