My work has asked if I would go to London on a short term assignment (about 3 months) and it would start when I am about 2 months post op. How did you all feel then? I'm assuming I'll still be a bit tired but one of my biggest concerns is just being out of my element and trying to find the type of high Protein, low sugar and carb foods.
I'd appreciate any thoughts you have about whether or not you feel like this would have been an issue for you.
