EFF THE SCALE!

So tonight I am putting up the scale. I have printed a body measurement chart and for 6 weeks every Sunday I will take measurements and record them. I have obsessed over my weight all my life , I need a break. During my recovery and paid time off work , I plan to relax and recover that's it. No scale watching for me...I will wait until my doctors appointments so I can be surprised at the number . 6/1/2016 headed to the post op side

    Good luck for tomorrow

  • Good for you! One of the best decisions I've made is to stop stepping on the scale except when at the doc. I have enough to stress over! Good luck tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using the Bariatr

Good luck tomorrow!

That is a GREAT plan. I could not agree more. I wish you the best of luck with your new sleevie!!!

I think that's a great idea. I was thinking of doing a monthly weigh in and measurements. I feel the same way you do!
