As everyone else says on this page, start back at the beginning. If you aren't logging every bite, start. If you aren't eating enough Protein and drinking enough Water, start. I'if you are doing all of the haddock then mauvmaybe you need to switch up your workout routine. Try interval training or lift heavier weights, any thing to keep the body guessing.

Oh no !!!!! I am 6.5 months out from gastric sleeve surgery and have lost weight every week. This week I gained 1lb.---- does that mean my weight loss is leveling off; will I not lose any more weight? I'm pretty bummed about this.
