Oh no!!!! I'm 6.5 months out and have lost weight every week.I gained 1lb this week--does this mean my weight loss is leveling off..will I not continue to lose? I'm pretty bummed -
Oh no !!!!! I am 6.5 months out from gastric sleeve surgery and have lost weight every week. This week I gained 1lb.---- does that mean my weight loss is leveling off; will I not lose any more weight? I'm pretty bummed about this.

When can I eat a turkey burger, or Mexican food (aside from refried beans), or a small piece of pizza. ..or a,sandwich. ..is this where I have regrets I did the surgery?

This is my first posting, hope I'm doing it right. I had my sleeve surgery 12/2/15. It'll be four weeks this coming Wednesday!.. I have absolutely no hunger at all--- is this normal? I really have to fight to get in the required grams of Protein and can't stand those Premier Protein drinks any longer.
