Just wondering where are you guys from & where are yall doing the surgery at. I'm in Lafayette, La and that's where I'm doing my surgery at.

I see a lot of people go to Mexico and have their procedure. Im guessing they are people who are self pay. I'm correct?

I am from a small town outside of Huntington, WV. My insurance requires 12 consecutive monthly visits to the doctor before they will consider the surgery. I am just getting started on this journey. We are talking about surgery sometime in 2017.

I'm in Moulton, AL (tiny town!) and having my surgery done in Birmingham. I'm a self pay but wanted to stay in the US. An acquaintance of mine is having hers done in Mexico as a self pay, though. It would be interesting to know the price difference.

Self pay because I'm a lower weight BMI of 32. Spent a lot of time weighing pros and cons of surgery in Mexico vs US . 5,900 vs 12,900 .
