Workout regimen-What's yours?

I'm trying to come up with a workout schedule. I go Monday-Saturday and rest on Sunday. I want my main focus to be cardio of course because I'm only 5 weeks out and am in weight loss mode, but I also want to focus on strength training to tone my body. Can you guys share your workout schedules? For example, Sun-rest, Mon-cardio, Tuesday-Arms/core, etc.

I second that! Started a few weeks out and now am running my second marathon in three days!

My routine depends on what I am training for, by typically I run four days a week...usually about 30 miles a week. Then I do yoga daily... Vinyasa or Asthanga classes 3-4 times a week and then 30 mins at home daily.

Took me a long time to get to that level though! Start slow. And yes it gets easier.
