Today is the day!

Surgery is scheduled for 7:30am PST. Heading to the hospital soon and am surprisingly not as nervous as I thought I would be. I know that will change once I get there and can't wait for my happy meds!

Surgery went well! Horrible time sleeping last night, so very tired today. Still have gas pains that feel liked pressure in my chest. Stomach cramps a bit when I drink my clear fluids. All-in-all, not a bad experience yet. I also had a hiatal hernia repair and my doctored mentioned yesterday that I may stay one more night. We shall see!

I am 1 day post op and also get stomach cramps when I drink. Hopefully that will get better soon. Walking helps the gas pain though.
