My surgery date is June 8th. I start my pre-op diet next Wednesday...I am prepared with what I need for it, but not prepared for being hungry!

Mine is June 15th! Right now I'm mostly just excited, but I'm sure the nerves will kick in soon.

I definitely understand that...I realized today my surgery is three weeks from today and that I start my pre-op diet next week...nerves nerves nerves lol

Its hard nit going to lie but worth it. Self discipline is key. Just start slow and build from there. Is this the pre op diet??
