Only 3 days left for us June 8th folks! I go for my final weigh-in Monday. I know for sure I've lost the 15 I needed to plus some. I weigh myself on sundayos so i'll know more tomorrow...getting excited AND nervous

Just a couple more days and it's surgery day!! I go for my final weigh-in Monday. I had needed to lose 15 pounds before surgery, and i'd lost nearly 10 of that on my own....thanks to the two week pre-op diet though i'm down about 20..I weigh in on sunday so it'll probably be more..the diet has been HARD but I know it'll be worth it

I'm excited for all of us! I'm about to start week 2 of the pre-op diet. I go tomorrow for my pre-op blood work...just a week and a day away!!!

I definitely understand that...I realized today my surgery is three weeks from today and that I start my pre-op diet next week...nerves nerves nerves lol

My surgery date is June 8th. I start my pre-op diet next Wednesday...I am prepared with what I need for it, but not prepared for being hungry!

I relate to that...it hit me after I first meeting with the nutritionist that's why I did a search to find some online support groups, for the motivation

that's how I felt when I got the call!
