Constipation

So I'm 12 days out and had nothing but a rabbit dropping once since op been on stool softener and benefibre so I thought I was doing all I could also Always getting my fluids and taking regular and increasing daily exercise however I still ended up in hospital as had blockage all I can say is ensure you take as much fibre as you can

This weekend has been no fun at all

      9+ months here and I'm still not a daily pooper. Usually every 2-3 days. There's nothing worse than thinking you're going to poop and only passing gas, lol. Pooping is like a mini celebration some day
